Prevention is our primary goal. What we are able to do is provide a company with the kind of program it needs to help prevent on-the-job injuries and improve the overall wellness of employees.
The individualized approach we adopt at Steve Tylee Fitness, LLC means working closely with the employer, learning more about the physical demands of the work and the goals the company wants to achieve.
Employee surveys can reveal more about the type of program that would be most appropriate as well as the individual needs of employees. Depending on the nature of the company's work, several different components of fitness may be tested, including aerobic capacity, muscle strength, muscle endurance, body composition and flexibility. We also work with employees who have special conditions, such as back pain or diabetes. Once we have the company on board, we work closely with individual employees, educating them on fitness and nutrition, measuring progress, developing individualized exercise plans, teaching the proper ways to exercise, following up and answering questions.
How the Programme Works:
Exercise is at the heart of the Corporate Fitness Program. Employees are treated as individuals with their own needs and goals. And employers are kept informed on participants' progress without compromising confidentiality.
