Teen Fitness professional will spend time working with your
child as the individual that he or she is, and develop a training
program based on that individuality. Anything less than that
would be a waste of time for the child, the trainer, and the
parents. If you really want to see your child succeed - whether
it be in a weight loss/lifestyle change program or in a coaching
capacity for sports activities, hire a trainer who will not
only get the job done, but get it done for the right reasons.
Each child is different, and needs a very individualized approach.
When considering youth fitness training options, the human
factor needs to come into play, and that can only happen if
the trainer is as much a fitness professional as a friend,
confidant, and mentor. Your child deserves to train with someone
who will give them 110%.
Our teen athletes range from 13 to 18 years
of age. We cover all aspects of fitness from stretching to
functional training to strength training to performance nutrition.
We often train in groups but we do work one on one with individuals
who require a more specialized program.
We at Steve Tylee Fitness, LLC take the task
of training tomorrow's top athletes very seriously. The difference
between getting a sports scholarship at a top college and
not making the grade is only a split second or a fraction
of an inch.
Using every means available to obtain the winning
edge in whatever sport your child participates in will result
in being the very best s/he can be.
We offer sport-specific
training for the following: Ice Hockey, Lacrosse, Football,
Tennis and Golf.
