Our free weight section comprises all rubber dumbbells and Olympic plates, a full strength training circiut comprising of Cybex, Flex, Magnum and Paramount selectorized machines. A core/conditioning floor with the latest in Interactive exergaming.We have the Sportwall and the Cybex Trazer.
